[Ho Chi Minh] Supplier Management Executive (Compliance Audit)
Roles and responsibilities:
Check quality documents of Food and Non-Food products:
– Study related regulations.
– Develop the required document based on Vietnam regulation.
– Check documents and labelling according to SMD’s work instruction and make transparent feedback in SMD’s file and follow a response timeline to departments sending products.
– Comprehend procedure and apply it properly while working with Merchandisers and Suppliers.
– Make an ad-hoc and regular reports to Managements.
– Report in case of finding any non-conformity and provide appropriate solution to Managements.
Collect Quality Documents:
– Collecting documents according to the required documents and key in SMD’s file.
– Send the list of nearly expired products to Merchandisers and solve them according to procedure.
– Ensure all documents collected are available for use.
– Comprehend procedure and apply it properly while working with Merchandisers and Suppliers.
– Make an ad-hoc and regular reports to Managements.
– Report in case of finding any non-conformity and provide appropriate solution to Managements.
Conduct a Labeling Training:
– Develop training materials and do training as requested.
– Be a host and proactively prepare all things for training.
Other Duties:
Tasks belonging to Compliance Audit’s scope.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Having experience in related required at least 3 years, preferred experience in retail industry (supermarket/ shopping center)
- Strong background on non-food products (Cosmetic, Electric, Toys, Food Contact,..)
- English communication
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, powerpoint
