[Ho Chi Minh] Supplier Management Officer (Food Quality Management)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Conduct supplier competency survey (20%)
• Manage the products testing control competency of suppliers (15%)
• Manage on suppliers’ product quality (quality issue, quality at receipt…) (20%)
• Conduct audit suppliers (Vegetables/Fruits/Seafoods/Meats or Prepackaged food) (15%) 
• Update law documents: Periodically update the validity of the legal documents available in the law system of SMD and update new law/regulations belong to Supplier Control’s scope. (20%)
• Tasks belonging to Supplier Control’s scope (10%)

Requirements

• University degree.
• Minimum 01 year working QA/Supplier Audit in the relevant food area.
• Have a knowledge of Vietnamese regulation on labelling, food safety and hygiene, announcement document for circulation of Vietnamese market, certificate of condition eligible facility for food safety.
• English communication
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, powerpoint
