[Hanoi Office] Construction Deputy Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

• Check detailed drawings, Retail Store layouts and propose new layouts.
• Check and review designs
• Propose reasonable and localize specification and material, investment plan with schedule to Managers and General Managers
• Communicate and discuss internal related department to finalize designs on schedule and related local authorities
• Check details and control construction schedule
• Analyze costs which come from contractors and propose to on the board
• Discuss with related companies/ tenants, control contracts & renovation work by tenants as necessary 
• Control Tender calling for contractors, detailed Interior Design and the Cost of projects
• Join and assist site meeting as necessary
• Assist Managers or General Managers who work for development stages

Qualification and Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (majoring in Construction, Architecture/Construction Engineering, Interior Design and relevant fields)
• 5 years of experience in construction project management/ supervising buildings
• At least 1 year of experience in retail business
• Experience in Design management and Design’s authority supervising
• Well known to Tender calling and Contracts
• Project Management skill
• Basic business English
• Good survey & analytical skills
• Able to travel outstation (including foreign countries)
