[HCM] Graphic Design Executive (Chuyên viên thiết kế đồ họa)

Primary Objective:

• Utilise graphic design skills: Adobe’s Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, to create media materials.

Key Activities:

• Graphic designers create ideas, concepts to deliver information to customer by visualization. Developing materials (photos, video) on diverse digital platforms (Facebook – mostly, Email Marketing, App, Website, Zalo,…) and other communication channels at store (LED, LCD) is a must to control.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Increase AEON brand awareness on social channels.
• Brainstorm to create new ideas for activities to increase digital metrics.
• Highlight AEON products, promotions, services, etc. by trending, eye catching visuals.
• Supporting & designing for activities & promotions to unity in design style, creating uniformity for campaigns in the same time but still different to not be boring. 
• Research new trend in design and build monthly creative projects with Communication Team to approach customers in new ways.
• Work with internal Design Team to develop Brand Guidelines.
• Adapt materials (For Facebook Post, Email Marketing, Website, App, Zalo)…from key visual.
• Support others team to create marterials.
• Can make simple video (animation, shooting video).

Qualification and Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design
• At least 03 years of experience

Preferred skills:

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, concepts and developing interactive design
• Imaginative, open-minded, and dynamic
• Illustrator, Photoshop skills at least 3 years experience.
• Making simple videos (animation, shooting videos) is a plus
• Good communication skills, enthusiastic and devoted collaboration with other teams/departments.
• Strong organization skills.
• Be able to work under high and constant deadline.
• Competent skill of time management.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
