[HCM] GROUP-POINT/ PRODUCT OWNER MANAGER
Roles and responsibilities:
- Multi Task executions:
<Application (App)>
-Develop new features/functions, support and maintain Aeon Vietnam mobile applications for integrating other Aeon group App
-Leading Aeon group companies member for setting New App features
-Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features or resolve production issues.
-Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the development team
-Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
-Lead the mobile development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
-Ability to create applications that are compatible with multiple Android and iOS versions and devices.
※This App would be including Aeon point and E-money and Aeon group App integration.
＜A-point＞
-Integrate each Point system and scheme of Aeon group into A-point system and scheme
-manage A-point member(new customer) recruitment
-manage building Loyalty Program for A-point
-communicating with Legal department
<Analysis/ Data management>
-Manage, train and encourage Analysis team and staffs.
-Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
-Perform data analysis that provides a platform for decision making on a variety of business issues.
-Conduct or run statistical analyses to extract actionable insights that influence, support, and assist in product decisions and launches.
2. Portfolio Management and Development:
– Build deep understanding of market and competition landscape, product P&L, product strength and weakness, product positioning in the portfolio to decide the strategy and tactics for bigger market share and profit to aquisite A-point member.
– Understand the product pricing and costing and how pricing strategy can effect the portfolio and product positioning.
– Conduct market research, initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new market to enter and occupy market share and responsible for developing & executing launching sales plan.
– Continuously update above understanding and planning to react with changes
Qualification and Job Requirements:
- With 3- 5 years of working experience as mobile application developer and CRM including data Analysis.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in leading Marketing Team strongly preferred.
- Applicants should be good in English, specifically in verbal and writing and reading skills.
