[HCM] MARKETING COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE
A. Job Responsibilities:
1. Digital – Online Communication:
– Strongly deliver Execution Plan following the Communication Strategy, including brand-building, activation and membership.
– Commit the contents and KPI Ads in each campaign.
– Work with other MKT Teams (PS team & Member team) or Departments to maximize the impact of social channels in relation to marketing and online media.
– Understand target and budget on each campaign, then highly optimize the effectiveness of Communication Plan.
2. Developing Detail Online Channels: Zalo, Tiktok and Youtube:
– Manage and follow up the Execution Plan under Master Communication Strategy.
– Conduct and supervise agency in deployment.
– Propose creative ideas in trends to increase number of engagement (click, view,…) for each channels.
– Be proactive in producing materials for the channels (contents, videos).
– Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of these channels for each campaign.
3. Other tasks:
– Support company events or team activities.
– Manage payment on time after campaign.
– Follow up & report the budget and expense to Marketing Executive.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager
B. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Past work experience as a marketing executive (Strength in content creator) or similar role or in retail industry (at least 1 year)
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience in content creator (Video Content Experience is a plus)
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skill.
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
