[HCM] Project Officer (AEON Point Project)
A. Job Responsibilities:
1. Main duties
– Monthly support on generating point reports & surveys, meeting minutes, presentation materials
– Supporting Department administrative tasks after AEON Point Project launching
– Market survey to gather market overall and customer behavior with the AEON Point Project
2. Clerical and Administrative support
– Support in setting and implementing AEON Point programs, and operation plans as guided by the direct manager
– Schedule and implement internal and external meetings
– Archive documents, dispatches, and records.
– Cooperate with other Depts and vendors to set up events of the Company
3. Other duties
– Support company events or team activities.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct manager
B. Job Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 01 year of related experience
- Having experience in Marketing, Administrative, E-commerce platform, retail will be priority
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
- Willing to learn new things
