[HCMC] Marketing Officer (Data Analyst)

Key responsibilities:

Exploit company data and data from Member/Kids club customers, perform organizational requirements, organize and query data according to job requirements

1. Main duties

• Analyze, evaluate data sources to develop, deploy and operate solutions for companies based on big data platforms
• Cooperate with other departments (Customer service, Operations, Merchandising) for jobs related to data analysis and query data
• Participate in Mobile App and Co-brand projects for tasks related to data
• Cooperate with IT Team, COM & Digital team, Strategic team to provide appropriate data and collect necessary data
• Monthly/Quarterly statistics and reports of company performance based on collected data
• Support to developing new trend/ activity to enrich customers’ shopping/ lifestyle experience based on the collected data
• Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Contribute to develop marketing plans and strategies.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns by collecting data from customers

2. Rules and Regulations

Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

3. Other duties

• Support company events or team activities.
• Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements:

• University graduated with the major of Marketing, Business, Technology, Dana Analyst, Finance Analyst
• Minimum 01 year of related experience.
• Good Excel & Powerpoint skills
• Have experience working in Big Data projects, BI projects, CRM projects
• Good at data analysis & chart presentation
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
• Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
• Good relationship management skill
• Willing to learn new things
