[HCMC] SALES EXECUTIVE (LOGISTICS COORDINATOR) – E-COMMERCE

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for hand over to delivery

• Handover to delivery
• When order is scanned, get full inform customer (name, phone, address…), amount COD (if need) which are sold to the customers, load them, and deliver them to their addresses.
• Good arrangement by supplier delivery and time cut off each delivery effective
• Responsibility number order actually to handover to delivery, make sure 100% order will handover after scan sales.
• Received daily report from supplier’s delivery and follow to push them until successful to delivery to customer.
• You will be in charge of making sure that the orders are complete and correct after handover to delivery.
• To continuously optimize order processing process, monitor delivering services and handle return, refund, exchange requests from customers properly (if need)
• Monthly report comparison by supplier about service, fee delivery…

2. Expense Control (material)

• Manage delivery Expense and service as well

3. Customer service

• Cross check with order status cancellation from delivery suppliers provide call to customers if need
• Decreasing % cancellation after handover to delivery
• Escalate of all problems/complains to assure they are satisfactory resolved
• Update all related issues regarding the orders for further coordinating with customer

Job Requirements:

• Graduated University /College (Business administration)
• At least 3 year-experience in same position
• This job requires exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Prefer having experience working for retail, e-commerce platform or logistic
• Microsoft Office skill required
• Intermediate English
• Strong organizational communication & listening skills
• Strong can-do attitude & problem-solving skills
• Strong team-work and interpersonal skills
