[HQ HCM] INNOVATION EXECUTIVE
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service Innovation:
– Looking for new service and apply to bring more the customer satisfaction.
– Survey competitors & find new services for customer experience.
– Applying technology in serving customers.
- Working Condition Innovation:
– Observe and suggest improvements in the working process to make work more efficient.
– Provide tool and equipment to innovate the working way.
– System innovation.
- Procedure:
– Make the Opeation flow and training content.
– Make the procedure.
- Support:
– Co.operate with related department to make the plan and organize the contest, skill test.
– New store opening: modify, update training document, organize the training class, make to do list etc.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assign by store operation Deputy Manager.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University/ College degree.
- Prefer 3 years experience in FL, SL, HL department.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good communication skill.
- Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
- Be able to go business if needed.
- Working location: HQ.
