[LONG BIÊN] DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Roles and responsibility:

To prepare necessary document (draft of letter, meeting minutes, etc) and information for making Agreement with Landlord, Partner related to Land/Leasing matter
To create potential location map for Store Center Development in consideration of Store Center Developmen Area Strategy
To study market research method and compile market data ( infrastructure related to potential sites, competitor) and the related information for Store Center Developmen Planning.
Assist negotiation with landlords to make the land or space available for Store Center Developmen and to make space to operate stores
Coordinator work (internal task such as sending letter, administrative task, meeting preparation) between company with partner or authority
To study and operate Map Info System and study and analyze SC and Store P/L
To assist the proposed ROI Plan for Development and Investment Amount for Development. To assist other departments to work out Merchandising Plan and Store/SC Operation Plan

Qualification and Job Requirements:

Salary: 8 – 11 million per month
Working time: 8:30-17:30 Mon-Fri (1 Saturday of the month & 1WFH days)
