Primary Objective:

  • Responsible for managing all activities of each department of Grocery
  • Responsible to control Sale, GP, Stock for all store, work with related department for proposal POG, Assortment standard.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Make and check DWS for each store for each dept
  • Make orientation about staff’s job, career.
  • Suport new store opening: modify, update training document, organize the training class, make to do list etc.
  • Monitor Group Leader and General Staff’ attendance and attire.
  • Make Focus item by month , adjust the focus item for each season; Make sale plan by week (52 Weeks)
  • Analyze sale actual and proposal solution for all store
  • Be responsible for Group Leader and General Staff’s performance.
  • Management stock, assortment, POG of GROCERY
  • Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

Qualification and Job Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 02 years of related experience, working in Grocery manufacturing or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and excellent relationship management.
  • Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
  • Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Strong sense of aestheticism
  • Be able to work in shift & public holidays

Work location: 27 Cổ Linh, Long Biên, Hà Nội (Aeon Long Biên)

Working time: 8:30 – 17:30 from Monday – Friday and 1 Saturday per month

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Operations duties

a. Merchandise management

– Order stock directly with Supplier and receive stock from MMD.

– Manage stock inventory and repeat order when inventory drops to a specific level. Return and exchange damaged goods.

b. Non-merchandise management

– Supervise General Staff

– Order POP, execute POP exhibition, check POP to ensure correct and adequate information

– Execute floor opening and closing

2. Customer service

– Provide good customer services to encourage “plus selling”. Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.

3. Sales and Profits

– Co-ordinate with Suppliers to execute promotion schemes.

– Identify low sales items and not good quality. Estimate consumer demands and advise merchandising dept

4. Manpower management

– Plan and prepare duty roster, shift plan and assign subordinates on duty.

– Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations.

– Be responsible for General Staff’s performance.

– Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity.

5. Other duties as Managers assign

1.MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Quản lý hoạt động

  • Kiểm soát hàng hóa trưng bày theo quy định
  • Xác minh và phê duyệt các đơn đặt hàng tồn kho do (các) Trưởng nhóm đưa ra.
  • Lập kế hoạch kiểm kho hàng tháng và hai năm một lần theo kế hoạch.
  • Kiểm tra và xác minh sự chênh lệch về số liệu tồn kho & doanh số sau khi lấy hàng và báo cáo cho Quản lý cửa hàng.

Quản lý nhân sự

  • Quản lý nhân viên: phân công nhiệm vụ, lịch trình làm việc của nhân viên
  • Tuyển dụng và đào tạo nhân sự của Bộ phận.

Quản lý bán hàng và lợi nhuận

  • Cập nhật thông tin bán hàng cho nhân viên (thành tích bán hàng, khuyến mãi, thông tin từ công ty)
  • Phân chia chỉ tiêu doanh số do Cửa hàng trưởng đưa ra cho từng nhóm và chịu trách nhiệm về việc đạt chỉ tiêu doanh số của bộ phận.
  • Lập kế hoạch tổng thể và giám sát việc thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi.
  • Báo cáo doanh số bán hàng cao nhất, kết quả bán hàng khuyến mãi, khảo sát thị trường / khảo sát đối thủ cạnh tranh và gửi cho Cửa hàng trưởng.

Sự hài lòng của khách hàng

  • Hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm xử lý khiếu nại của khách hàng và đưa ra giải pháp tốt nhất để khách hàng hài lòng
  • Đề xuất và cung cấp ý tưởng mới cho khách hàng về hàng mới, khuyến mãi, chính sách liên quan đến thanh toán, trả lại / đổi hàng,..

Các nhiệm vụ khác

  • Các nhiệm vụ hoặc trách nhiệm khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý cửa hàng trực tiếp.
  • Mở và đóng cửa hàng

2. YÊU CẦU TUYỂN DỤNG

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học
  • Có ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan trong môi trường kinh doanh bán lẻ hoặc siêu thị và 01 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm ít nhất 5 nhân viên 
  • Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh (cả nói và viết)
  • Có khả năng chịu áp lực cao
  • Khả năng sử dụng máy tính, các chương trình văn phòng và cơ sở dữ liệu
  • Có thể làm việc theo ca và các ngày lễ tết.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt

[AEON MAXVALU] Sales Leader – New Supermarkets open in 2023

Purposes & Scope of the Role:

To be responsible for the group’s sales achievement, gross profit, loss, ordering, backroom and selling area management, staff and promoters management, and preparation of periodical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations duties

Merchandise management

  • Supervise General Staff to ensure:
  • Merchandises are fully replenished, in good conditions & quality.
  • All merchandises are displayed according to schematic plan or instructions from supervisors/Merchandisers and all the prices between merchandise displayed and price cards are correct.
  • The changing of price label (if necessary) is completed before the store is open.
  • Order stock directly from Suppliers /Warehouse/ GMS and receive stock
  • Plan manpower, prepare and attend bi-annual Stock Take as scheduled.

Non-merchandise management

  • Manage & support all cashier counters to avoid long queue especially in peak hours
  • Supervise General Staff to ensure:
  • Operational equipment, lighting and fixtures are in good conditions
  • Sales floor is kept clean & tidy.
  • POP execution is carried out properly.
  • Fire safety procedure is carried out properly.
  • Execute floor opening and closing as directed by Store manager.

Customer service

  • Provide good customer services to encourage “plus selling”. Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.
  • Handle complaints from customers or complaints raised by General Staff and promoters, and complicated sales.
  • Follow Company’s Rules on Customer Service (greeting, smiling, bowing and attitude towards customers).

2. Sales and Profits

  • Responsible for Sales Target for Daily/ weekly/ monthly and annual achievement
  • Hold daily briefing on sales achievement of previous day, sale budget of current day, up-to-date sales achievement, promotion and company updates.
  • Gather and consolidate all periodical reports about top sales, promotions sales results, market surveys/ competitor surveys and submit them to Store manager.

3. Cashier activities

  • Be aware of current sales promotions and make sure the information is informed to cashier staff in daily briefing session.
  • Investigate and correct errors made at the cash registers in a timely manner, and report errors to Store manager.
  • Support subordinates in difficult cases at Cashier counters

4. Team management

  • Plan and monitor Monthly department’s roster and manpower schedule.
  • Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations.
  • Be responsible for General Staff’s performance.
  • Build and promote teamwork spirit.

5. Rules and Regulations

  • Follow all working procedures and company’s policies, rules and regulations.
  • Check, monitor, remind and guide General Staff to follow the rules and regulations

6. Other duties

  • Opening & closing store.
  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University/ College graduate
  • At least one-year related experience in retailing business or supermarket environment.

Primary Objective:

  • Manage all operation of Cross dock section include Receiving, Sorting, Staging according to DC plan and DC role.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Manage Booking and Receiving from Supplier to DC. Manage Sorting and Staging

– Check, adjust, confirm Booking from Supplier
– Create the inbound volume daily schedule in advantage.
– Monitor the receiving process to make sure receiving data and actual matching together.
– Make sure the receiving capacity of team is utilized by smooth the demand in week or month.
– Make plan in case of the receiving volume over the receiving capacity to meet the business demand.

– Create and control KPI for section activities
– Create and control MBO of staffs.

Primary Objective:

  • Manage Reception / Accounting task at DC according to DC plan and DC role.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Manage Reception, Checking Document, Invoice…

– Check information in invoice, ensure it correctly, timely and be entered in the system
– Match invoice with PO to run payment of supplier
– Arrange & store invoices tidily, retrieve invoices according HQ’s request
– Issue invoice to supplier for Goods Return/ Transfer Invoice
– Reconcile VAT Invoice between E-Invoice system vs Profit system. Prepare input VAT daily and submitted timely and accurately to the Head Quarter
– Prepare minutes of cancelling and adjusting invoice
– Calculate GRN cost to charge supplier
