I. Mô tả công việc:

1. Quản lý hàng hóa

– Giám sát các Trưởng nhóm và nhân viên để đảm bảo:
• Hàng hóa đầy đủ, chất lượng tốt
• Tất cả hàng hóa và bảng giá trưng bày theo tiêu chuẩn
– Đặt hàng trực tiếp với Nhà cung cấp và nhận hàng từ bộ phận Giao nhận hàng hóa.
– Kiểm soát hàng tồn kho
– Lập kế hoạch nhân lực, chuẩn bị và tham gia kiểm kê theo lịch trình, chuẩn bị cho Ngày hội thành viên và các ngày Lễ.
2. Dịch vụ khách hàng:
– Cung cấp các dịch vụ tốt nhất cho khách hàng
– Thông tin và giới thiệu cho khách hàng về các sản phẩm mới, chương trình khuyến mãi, chính sách thanh toán, đổi trả hàng, v.v.
– Xử lý các khiếu nại của khách hàng
– Tuân thủ các quy tắc của Công ty về Dịch vụ Khách hàng (chào hỏi, mỉm cười và thái độ với khách hàng).

3. Doanh thu và lợi nhuận
– Cập nhật chỉ tiêu và doanh số bán hàng theo ngày
– Phân chia chỉ tiêu doanh số cho các trưởng nhóm phụ trách và chịu trách nhiệm về việc đạt được mục tiêu doanh số của bộ phận.
– Lên kế hoạch tổng thể và giám sát việc thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi.
– Quan sát / thu thập thông tin / gợi ý từ các Trưởng nhóm về xu hướng bán hàng, nhu cầu của khách hàng.
– Tập hợp và tổng hợp tất cả các báo cáo định kỳ từ các Trưởng nhóm về doanh số bán hàng cao nhất, kết quả bán hàng khuyến mãi, khảo sát thị trường / khảo sát đối thủ cạnh tranh và trình Quản lý trực tiếp.

4. Quản lý nhân sự
– Lập kế hoạch làm việc cho bộ phận hàng tháng

– Phê duyệt bảng phân công trực, ca trực do các Trưởng nhóm đề xuất
– Đảm bảo đủ nhân lực trong quá trình kinh doanh và trong các tình huống đột xuất.
– Tham gia các hoạt động tuyển dụng và lựa chọn nhân sự của Bộ phận.
– Tạo động lực, đào tạo và phát triển nhân viên nhằm khuyến khích họ phát triển nghề nghiệp.
– Xác định đội ngũ nhân viên tiềm năng cho mục đích lập kế hoạch kế nhiệm.
– Xây dựng và phát huy tinh thần làm việc nhóm.

5. Tuân thủ nội quy công ty và thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của Ban Quản lý

II. Yêu cầu công việc

– Tốt nghiệp Đại học / Cao đẳng;

– Kinh nghiệm quản lý tối thiếu 3 năm ngành bán lẻ

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Online sale management
    To develop and monitor key performance indicators ( Orders, Sales, Stock, price, …..)
    Assign, guide and supervise staff for planning, implementing and evaluating the results to ensure that all activities are operated well and on schedule.
    Oversee the resolution of any arising issues orders, system, app
    To work with related department for product content, promotion program & Media support for sale online promoting.
    Synthesize, analyze and report business results by program, week, month, quarter.
    To Understand online market, sale trend and customer behavior to provide suitable products for increasing sales.
    Make the sale plan base on MD’s plan, Operation Plan to achieve the target
    Analyze customer complaints to come up with solutions to bring customers satisfaction
    Propose plans to improve department, survey competitor & consumer shopping behavior

    2. Cash Management
    Ensure money and documents are collected in full, exactly, on time and according to the process
    Provide solutions to ensure that debts and receivable documents are tracked in a timely manner to limit losses

    3. Manpower management
    Plan Monthly Division’s duty roster and manpower schedule
    Make solution for sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations
    Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity
    Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Division’s staffing
    Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development
    Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes
    Build and promote team work spirit

    4. Expense control
    Provide solutions to optimize resources and increase productivities
    Provide tools to optimize delivery costs
    Forecast and make the guidance for tool and equipment for reasonable using
    5. Other duties
    Opening & closing Store
    Monitor all activities in store to ensure that store work as normal
    Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager

A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Payroll Management
– Process, fix shift plan error and check attendance data to summarize Roster of Fulltime and Part-time from SAP system.
– Check Annual leave, Day off in lieu, Overtime data of Fulltime and Part-time store
– Process Payroll Part-time store.
2. PIT & Social insurance
– Register PIT code and PIT dependant for employees.
– Check PIT code for all employees.
– Process claims for social insurance benefits of employees.
– Complete the transfer procedure of SI Book for resigned staffs and HI cards for new staffs

3. Labor Contract
– Make and check labor contract for new staff
– Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal, termination decision
– Ensure labor contract and annex to labour contract are given to employees on time.


4.  Employee’s profile management
– Set up records and update personnel file for new employees.
– Manage profile of employees

5. Rules and Regulations
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations
– Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.

6 . Other tasks
– Respond employee’s questionnaire related to HR issues.
– Make monthly HR-related report
– Support PIC C&B in charge and other functions of HR departments as necessary

B. Qualification and Job Requirements:

1. University/College degree.

Purposes & Scope of the Role:

Manage a defined group of product category to satisfy the needs of customers and achieve sales, stock and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Major Duties:
  • Be responsible for “the target of Sales”, Margin, Later Income, Old Stock, Potential Old Stock, Turn-over day, Stock Day’s, Private Brand Share, Core Customer Share, Stock Correction & Availability.
  • Manage the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.

[AEON – Hanoi Office] VMD Officer (Visual Merchandising Officer)

Primary Objective:

– Work for Visual Merchandising strategy planning and execution in the Northern stores, ensure store’s visual appearance is maintained to the highest standard, at all times.

– Execute the tasks for store layout, Visual Merchandising Display, and VMD training program.

Key Activities:

– Implementation and maintenance visual merchandise standards for the Northern stores.

– Assist in VMD Training program

– Implementation for New store Opening and Renovation plan.

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Implementation and maintenance visual merchandise standards for the Northern stores (70%):
  • Understand the concept of Aeon’s Sales floor, store’s layout, display and products.
  • Daily store checking and support to ensure, maintain Visual Merchandising Display (VMD) standards on Sales floor.
  • Monitoring the progress of VMD work and the implementation of the Operation team.
  • Ensuring uniformity of merchandising display across multiple store locations (Ha Noi’s, Hai Phong’s stores…)
  • Support Operation team in changing VMD to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes, changing monthly layout, mannequin styling, color theme…
  • Cooperate with other related departments in Ha Noi office, including Merchandiser, Operation team… collect and report necessary information about specific categories and promotion in the Northern stores.
  • Seek feedback from stores and customers on the visual impact of displays and of the changes implemented.
  • Measure and report the VMD results across multiple store locations at a certain period of time.
  • Manage and maintain VMD tools, Mannequins, display fixture and decorative items.     

2. Assist in VMD Trainning program (15%)

  • OJT: Regular weekly visit to all stores to train and guide Operation team on basic display skills.
  • OFF JT: – Cooperate and work effectively with other related Department in the North (Admin, HR, Operation Team…) to arrange reasonable training schedule for stores.
                  – Prepare VMD training course at each store, keep tracking and evaluate the results after the training progress.
                  – Prepare and maintain training tools, materials for training class (Mannequin, sample products, printing documents). Prepare & arrange areas on sale floor for practical.
                  – Maintaining, and entering information into databases

3. Implementation for New store Opening and Renovation (10%):

  • Understand the VMD concept, implement visual display for New store Opening and Renovation plan according to VMD plan.
  • Support planning for new store Visual Merchandising. New ideas to enhance the merchandise and store value.

4. Others (5%):

  • Research lifestyle, trends, survey competitors in the Northern market and report survey results.
  • Other tasks as needed to ensure all works is performed efficiently and effectively

Qualification and Job Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Previous retail experience, have experience as a visual merchandiser or similar role.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about Fashion/ Display. Working on fashion area or retailers which is similar to AEON’s business nature can be a plus.
