Main Duties: 

– Implement PB business plan & ensure plan remains on track, which meet the annual plan of sales and profit contribution

– Ensure every product and range is launched successfully

– Ensure product has aligned with Price strategy.

– Ensure to have effective cost.

– Ensure the products have effective approach customer.

– Create packaging to make brand identification.

– Ensure the products have an engaging and consistent design.

– Ensure all products meet the quality needs required by Topvalu to ensure customer experience is met

– Ensure all products comply with Vietnamese law

– Build and maintain excellent relationship and network with suppliers

– Ensure suppliers have the capability and capacity to provide product in with agree time scales and quality standards

– Ensure all aspects of supplier performance is properly and effectively assessed and managed, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary

– Coordinate with supplier management department for relevant matters.

– Other duties

Requirements:

– Bachelor degree in economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
– At least 3-year experience in retail with the same category.
– Experience in Quality assurance & Quality control
– Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).
– Computer literacy: word, excel, powerpoint
– Acknowledge of the relevant laws and regulations
– Good communication, co-ordinating with other persons, departments to complete a job
– Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.

Main Duties: 

1. Make & propose Assortment Plan

– Making item sale plan and SH map & conceptional assortment plan

– Set focus item (Price, Sales & Purchase plan and Price & Cost)

– Schematic plan and Block layout for display

– Making Promotion plan

2. Follow Merchandise Policy & 52W sales plan

– Analize 3C (Customer, Competitor & Company) pre-season with Marketing view and make Group Policy based on Soft line policy

3. Check Sales & Stock progress and adjustment in season

4. Budget plan and Control

5. Supplier management

– Develop sourcing for merchandise from local suppliers
