A. Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations duties
a) Merchandise management
– Supervise Group Leader(s) and General Staff to ensure:
• Merchandise is fully replenished, in good conditions & quality.
• All the display merchandise is according to schematic plan and all the price between display merchandise and price card is tally.
• Changing price label (if necessary) is completed before store opens.
– Order stock directly with Suppliers and receive stock from MMD.
– Verify and approve inventory orders raised by Group Leader(s).
– Plan manpower, prepare and attend bi-annually Stock Take as scheduled.
– Support Foodline with monthly Stock Take as directed by supervisor.
– Plan, assign duties for Group Leader(s) and General Staff to make necessary preparation for Membership Day & Mommy Day and Public Holidays.

b) Non-merchandise management
– Supervise Group Leader(s) and General Staff to ensure:
• Operational equipment, lighting and fixtures (gondola, wagon, shelves, etc.) are in good conditions
• Sales floor is kept clean & tidy
• All backrooms are locked in good conditions
• POP execution is carried out properly
• Fire safety procedure is carried out properly
– Check and verify variances in stock & sales figures after Stock Take and make report to Line Manager.
– Execute store opening & closing as directed by supervisor.


2. Customer service
– Provide good customer services to encourage “plus selling”. Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.
– Get information and introduce to customers about new arrivals, promotions, policies regarding to payment, returns/exchanges, etc.
– Handle customer complaints raised by Group Leader(s), difficult and complicated sales.
– Follow Company’s Rules on Customer Service (greeting, smiling, bowing and attitude towards customers).


3. Sales and Profits
– Brief Group Leader(s) on yesterday’s sales achievement, today’s sales budget, up-to-date sales achievement, promotion and company updates.
– Brief promoters on promotion scheme.
– Breakdown the sales target given by Line Manager to each Group Leader and take responsibilities for sales target achievement of the division.
– Overall plan and supervise the execution of promotion schemes.
– Observe/gather information/suggestion from Group Leader(s) about sales trend, customer demands and advise Merchandising Dept. for any changes/improvement in merchandise assortment, quality and quantity.
– Gather and consolidate all periodical reports from Group Leader(s) about top sales, promotion sales results, market survey/competitor survey and submit to Line Manager.


4. Manpower management
– Plan Monthly Division’s duty roster and manpower schedule.
– Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations.
– Monitor Group Leader(s), General Staff and Promoter’s attendance and attire.
– Approve duty roster, shift plan raised by Group Leader(s).
– Be responsible for Group Leader(s) and General Staff’s performance.
– Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Division’s staffing.
– Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development.
– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
– Build and promote team work spirit.


5. Rules and Regulations
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Check, monitor, remind and guide Group Leader(s), General Staff and Promoter(s) to follow the rules and regulations.


6. Other duties
– Opening & closing Store.
– Be on duty and act as Line Manager’s roles when Line Manager’s not present at work (i.e. is on leave or on business trip).
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct Line Manager and Store Manager.


B. Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
– University/College degree.
– At least 03 years of related experience in retailing business or supermarket environment and 01 year experience in managing a team of at least 5 staffs.

– Share information about customer voice or any arising issues.
– Breakdown the sales target given by the Management to each Division Leader and take responsibilities for sales target achievement of the Department.
– Plan daily sales target on a monthly basis, basing on target of the month announced by Merchandise Department.
– Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
– Analyze and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
– Take overall responsibility for the successful execution of all promotion schemes.
– Work with Merchandising Dept. for any changes/improvement in merchandise assortment, quality and quantity.
– Prepare for higher management review:
• Weekly: sales information, sales promotion review and report of slow moving items.
• Monthly: Division review, Promotion review, Sales analysis, Productivity report.
• Promotion schemes to boost sales.
– Take leading role in identifying any arising issues affecting sales and operation and proposing corrective actions to the Management.
– Take leading role in seeking and working towards solutions to mitigate merchandise loss/shrinkage.
3. Manpower management
– Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity.

Group Leader, Service Center

Key responsibilities:

1. Nhiệm vụ điều hành
a. Quản lý hàng hóa
– Giám sát Nhân viên, nhằm đảm bảo:
• Hàng hóa luôn được chất đầy trong điều kiện tốt và đạt chất lượng.
• Hàng hóa phải được trưng bày theo sơ đồ hoặc theo hướng dẫn từ Quản lý/Merchandiser, đồng thời đảm bảo giá của hàng hóa được trưng bày và thẻ giá phải khớp với nhau.
• Kiểm tra giá trên hệ thống POS/SST và đảm bảo việc thay đổi nhãn giá (nếu cần) phải được hoàn tất trước giờ mở cửa Siêu thị.
– Đặt hàng trực tiếp từ Nhà cung cấp và nhận hàng lưu kho từ Bộ phận quản lý hàng hóa.
– Quản lý hàng tồn kho và đặt thêm hàng khi cần. Trả và đổi trả hàng bị hư hỏng.
– Hỗ trợ Ngành hàng Thực phẩm trong việc kiểm kê hàng hóa hàng tháng theo hướng dẫn của Quản lý.
– Tham gia kiểm kê hàng hóa 02 lần/ một năm theo đúng kế hoạch đề ra.

b. Quản lý công việc không liên quan đến hàng hóa
– Giám sát Nhân viên, nhằm đảm bảo:
• Trang thiết bị, hệ thống đèn chiếu sáng và các đồ vật cố định (kệ trưng bày hàng hóa, xe để hàng, kệ tủ,…) đều trong điều kiện tốt.
• Khu vực bán hàng luôn sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp.
• Thực hiện đúng quy trình phòng cháy chữa cháy.
– Đặt hàng POP, thực hiện việc trình bày POP, kiểm tra POP nhằm đảm bảo thông tin chính xác và phù hợp.
– Thực hiện việc mở cửa và đóng cửa siêu thị.
– Kiểm tra và xác nhận sự chênh lệch giữa hàng tồn kho và doanh số bán hàng sau khi kiểm kê hàng hóa, sau đó làm báo cáo gửi đến Trưởng ngành hàng

c. Dịch vụ khách hàng
– Cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng chất lượng nhằm khuyến khích “bán thêm hàng”. Luôn lịch sự và biết lắng nghe một cách có chọn lọc những nhu cầu từ phía khách hàng.
– Thu thập thông tin và giới thiệu đến khách hàng về các mặt hàng mới, chương trình khuyến mãi, chính sách có liên quan đến việc thanh toán, đổi trả hàng,….
– Xử lý các khiếu nại từ phía khách hàng được Nhân viên và Nhân viên tiếp thị nêu ra, những tình huống bán hàng khó và phức tạp.
– Tuân thủ quy định của Công ty về Dịch vụ khách hàng (chào đón, mỉm cười, cúi chào và thái độ đối với khách hàng).

2. Doanh số bán hàng và Lợi nhuận
– Kết hợp với các Nhà cung cấp để thực hiện chương trình khuyến mãi.
– Xác định các mặt hàng có doanh số bán hàng thấp và không đạt chất lượng. Ước tính nhu cầu tiêu thụ hàng và thông tin đến bộ phận Mua hàng.
– Ghi chép các đơn đặt hàng, doanh số bán hàng. Báo cáo định kỳ về doanh số bán hàng cao nhất, kết quả doanh số bán hàng khuyến mãi, khảo sát thị trường/khảo sát đối thủ.
– Cung cấp cho Nhân viên tiếp thị các số liệu về doanh số bán hàng mỗi ngày của quầy nhượng quyền.
– Hỗ trợ thu ngân trong việc trả/ đổi trả hàng khi cần.

3. Quản lý nhân lực
– Lên kế hoạch và chuẩn bị lịch làm việc, phân công công việc cho cấp dưới.
– Đảm bảo đủ nguồn nhân lực hoạt động trong các tình huống đặc biệt.
– Đảm bảo sự chuyên cần và đồng phục của Nhân viên.
– Xác định và giảm tải các công việc không cần thiết nhằm tăng hiệu suất của Nhân viên.
– Thường xuyên đào tạo và thúc đẩy cấp dưới trong các công việc hàng ngày.
– Xác định Nhân viên tiềm năng nhằm mục đích lên kế hoạch kế nhiệm.
– Xây dựng và thúc đẩy tinh thần làm việc nhóm.

4. Nội quy và quy định
– Tuân thủ các quy trình làm việc, chính sách, nội quy và quy định của Công ty.
– Kiểm tra, theo dõi, nhắc nhở và hướng dẫn Nhân viên và Nhân viên tiếp thị thực hiện đúng nội quy và quy định của Công ty.

5. Nhiệm vụ khác
– Đóng cửa và dọn sàn phụ trách.
– Hỗ trợ các Phòng ban khác khi cần thiết.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative tasks
– Implement store operating plan within budget parameters and sustain during financial year.
– Provide input into the stores operating plan.
– Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management.
– Supervise daily store warehouse’s opening and closing; provide guidance through the implementation of standard procedure and monitor store keys.
– Supervise material order to ensure cost efficiency.
– Supervise the ordering and issuing of uniforms, name badges and swipe cards.
– Make working roster for store’s Line Manager and roster for store warehouse’s opening and closing.
– Coordinate with Aeon Delight to tackle issues relating to house-keeping, security and technical matters.
– Make periodical report related to costs and other matters.
– Receive and work with inspection team from governmental authorities.
– Supervise other matters relating to staff’s benefits, i.e. staff bus, staff canteen, medical room, garbage management.

2. Process & Guidelines
– Develop working process, guidelines for other departments to ensure smooth operation.
– Ensure compliance in internal controls.
– Communicate, train, implement and sustain relevant policies, processes and procedures within the store to deliver the required outcomes.

3. Cost Control
– Rigorously examine store’s budget and expenditure to come up with cost saving plan.
– Control store expenditure within budget parameters.
– Promote, strengthen cost effectiveness mindset to all Store staff.

4. Supporting roles
– Plan ahead and work towards material order and related processes for new store’s opening.
– Support other functions in execution of promotion schemes, customer survey, handling customer’s grievance and finding solutions to arisen difficulties in operation.
– Support other departments regarding recruitment plan, staff allocation plan to ensure adequate staffing for smooth operation, especially in peak seasons.

5. Manpower management
– Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity.
– Ensure efficient leadership to direct the Line/Department towards Company’s business strategies.
– Monitor subordinates’ attendance and attire.
– Approve duty roster, shift plan raised by subordinates.
– Be responsible for subordinates’ performance.
– Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Line/ Department’s staffing.
– Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development.
– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
– Build and promote team work spirit.

6. Rules and Regulations
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.

7. Other duties
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager and or Senior General Manager – Operation.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:
– University graduate.
– A minimum of 5 years related office/administrative management experience, preferably in retail industry.
