A. Job Responsibilities:

1. Material purchasing management:
– Supervise to purchase non-merchandising materials and equipment for both store and HQ such as plastic bag, weigh label, printing form, medical products, chemicals, seal & money bag, laptop, PC etc.
– Control the payments of all the expenses related to purchase non-merchandising material and equipment for suppliers.
– Maintain the good relationship with long-term suppliers and frequently evaluate their price, quality and after sales service.
– Look for new suppliers to expand the supplier zone, localize & secure the source of supplies.
– Receive and consider proposals of Admin store and other departments to make suitable changes for store operation.
– Cooperate with other departments for proceeding new projects.
– Propose to sign principle contract with reputable suppliers to facilitate order and payment process.
– Receive and solve any issues regarding to the quality of materials and equipment.
– Make list of materials using for new store opening, conduct the action plan to insure all materials are purchased and delivered on time.

2. Material expense and budget control
– Review, setup and manage the yearly material budget for all stores.
– Make monthly material expense report, analyze the reason for increasing or decreasing, propose countermeasure to reduce the cost.
– Building guideline & procedure for ordering, managing materials and equipment for store operation.

3. Fixed assets management
– Cooperate with Accounting Dept. to manage company’s fixed assets.
– Propose to dispose of fixed assets whose depreciation periods are over

4. Others
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Facility Management Deputy Manager

B. Job Requirements:

– University degree.

  • Ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment 
  • Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
  • Maintain equipment in validated state and oversee repairs
  • Effectively assign maintenance resources
  • Minimize/mitigate operations risk
  • Maintain and improve equipment change-over efficiency
  • Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and prevention of issues
  • Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
  • Drafting maintenance reports

     3. Champion Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously improve the plant’s PM system 
  • Manage and organize parts inventory using Lean principles. 
  • Champion and lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including the pursuit of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Oversee plant reliability for long-term production optimization while continuously reducing cost through improved equipment operation, maintenance and upgrades

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Administrative tasks 

– Assist Store Admin Manager in developing & implementing new administrative system

4. Supporting roles

– Support other functions in the execution of promotion schemes, customer surveys, handling customer grievances, and finding solutions to arisen difficulties in operation.

– Support other departments regarding staff allocation plans to ensure adequate staffing for smooth operation, especially in peak seasons.

5. Rules and Regulations

– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

– Check, monitor, remind, and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.

6. Other duties

  • University graduate.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the retail industry and 2 years in the management position.

D. Special Functions for External Affairs
– Being the primary contact to receive any requests of guests visits

E. Correspondence of emergency response matters, special purpose matters
