ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. POP design and display
– Receive POP requests from Merchandising Dept. and Store Operation.
– Design POP regarding promotion schemes, product’s information for customer’s attention drawing purpose as well as to promote sales indirectly.
– Supervise the display of POP, standee, information/notice board in the Store to ensure the achievement of display purposes & clear conveyance of information.

2. Decoration activities
– Supervise, be responsible for the execution of Store’s decoration projects to ensure the aestheticism, technical quality, and Company image through each event.
– Update the execution period of promotion schemes, Member Day, Mommy Day, A&P in the month for timely and effective management of POSM (Point of Sales Material).

3. Manpower management
– Plan and prepare duty roster, shift plan and assign subordinates on duty.
– Be responsible for General Staff’s performance.
– Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity.
– Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.
– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
– Build and promote teamwork spirit

4. Rules and Regulations
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Check, monitor, remind and guide General Staff to follow the rules and regulations.

5. Other duties
– Support other departments as necessary.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct Division Leader, Line Manager and Store Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University/College degree
  • With Training in computer oriented design and graphic design software.
  • Minimum 01 year of related experience.
  • Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays
  • Strong sense of aestheticism.
  • Excellence proficiency in Computer Software for design.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work.

[HCMC] SUPPORT OFFICER (OPERATION & MARKETING)

Key responsibilities:

Support for SSS business (Daiso, Bike, Petemo) to improve sales, GP and efficiency of Operation.

 

Main duties:

  1. Improving efficiency of Operation of SSS:
  • Check and follow up DWS of SSS stores to find out issues and suggest proposal to solve and improve operation efficiency (sales, GP, loss, inventory, TOD, PA…)
  • Support for new store opening.
  1. Improving display and selling way in-store:
  • Survey the market, competitor.
  • Propose the way of display, presentation, POP… to improve selling way in store.
  • Monitor all stores to apply and maintain proper selling way in store.
  1. Diversifying sales channel of SSS:
  • Work with EC sites/Marketplace to increase sales of SSS products online.
  • Follow up and support for the operation of SSS online business.
  1. Enhancing branding for SSS to increase customer’s awareness to Petemo, Bicycle and Daiso brand:
  • Utilize other platforms (Facebook, Tiktok…) to increase brand awareness.
  • Create advertising and marketing content to do the branding on those platforms.
  • Drive traffic from those channels to offline stores or Aeon E-shop/Shopee site…

 

Job Requirements:

  • College degree in Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
  • 1 – 2-year experience in retail with the same categories or department
  • Have an innovative mindset, propose innovative ideas.
  • Creative in making advertising content.
  • Communication and negotiation skill/figure
  • Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.

[HCM] Marketing Mailer Officer (6-month Contract)

A. Roles and responsibility

– Communicate with other department to gather all promotion information
– Manage the production of leaflets, posters, flyers…by getting feedback, checking to follow timeline
– Follow up payment with accounting department and agency, compliance with company policy
– Follow up contract with accounting department and agency
– Cooperate with other department to make sure the promotion; promote Mailer content to other channels
– Collect, analyze and summarize data for mailer information
– Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
– Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
– Attend and organize photo shoots for products

JOB DESSCRIPTION:

  1. Primary Objective:
  • Support to research on latest marketing solutions, social media and market trends about products, promotions, e-merchandising and creative productions. 
  • Support to develop campaign plans and initiatives to achieve target with internal teams

     2.Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Manage Digital Agency performance:
    • Coordinate work and information between internal departments and Agency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new direction for owned, paid and earned media, especially build integrated social network to reach more CSTM in branding and performance campaigns.
  • Leading AEON brand awareness projects for stores, supermarkets and AEON private brands (Hóme Cóordy, Topvalu).

Digital Marketing:
