1. Key responsibilities:

1.1. Manage and coordinate digital marketing activities

– Management of media channels: Facebook, Google

– Develop and manage assets AeonEshop on GG, Facebook

– Increasing the traffic, sale engagement

– Set up daily mail, push to drive traffic to website

-Work with Affiliate agency to release promotion campaign weekly

1.2. Experienced plan, set up and run campaign on Google Adwords and Facebook Platform

– In charge of making media plan for Google, Facebook.

– Optimize ads to ensure achieve KPI ROAS

– Develop and manage assets Aeon EShop on GG, Facebook

1.3. Work closely with the Merchandise and operation team to update promotion campaign

– Coordinate with MD to bring best promotion campaign to customer

– Work with MD to find out what is the key items of week, month to focus

– Priority promotion campaign weekly to use right the channel

1.4. Manage contracts and payment to related suppliers/agencies

– Creating the contract with suppliers/agencies.

– Follow and make payment ontime and accurately.

– Support other tasks relevant to process/proceedings related to those suppliers/agencies (if any)

1.5. Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by E-commerce Manager

-Making report weekly, monthly

-Market research to update new techical, new flatform to reach audience

2.1. Qualification and Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in BA or Marketing

– 1-2 Years Experience in Digital Marketing

– Good at Data analysis, Web performance metrics analysis

– Good at planning, communication & creativity

E-commerce Marketing Deputy Manager

Key responsibilities:
1. Plan & propose digital marketing strategy to promote Aeon private brands (Topvalu, Daiso, GlamBeautique, etc.) to target customers:

–  Continuously analyze PEST, SWOT, company, target customers, competitors to clearly understand current situation.
– Plan & propose 6Ps strategy, marketing calendar, promotion campaigns to achieve company goals.
– Develop & manage social networking channels: Facebook, zalo, YouTube, Instagram…

– Utilize all owned, earned & paid media to effectively & efficiently reach KPIs & objectives.

2. Develop & optimize current & future Ecommerce platforms:
– Analyze & optimize current platform: UX UI, front-end, back-end & customer purchasing process.
– Take part in projects to build & develop new platform follow company direction.

– Cooperate smoothly with payment, delivery & other service partners to bring all-rounded experience to customers.
– Integrate & utilize supporting system & tools such as CRM, Insider, Salesforce to maximize customer life time value

3. Develop Content Strategy to increase audience & enhance customer’s engagement.

– Plan & lead the development of various content such as blog articles, videos & images and effectively distribute them to target audience in order to gain more traffic, web views & ultimately reach target revenue.
– Develop content strategy that go through 5 levels of marketing funnels and drive audience to become loyalty customer.

– Define target audience persona and then effectively using KOL or influence to gain increasing awareness & sales.

4. Lead marketing team to achieve KPIs & target, including traffic, users, conversion rate, revenue and other KPIs.

5.Control Marketing budget & expenses to reach target operating income.

Job Requirements:

1.Qualifications & Experience:

– 6+ Years Experience in Marketing or similar position.

Key responsibilities:
1. Mailer Promotion and Activities:
– Communicating with MDs to gather all promotion information
– Managing the production leaflets, posters, flyers, standees, POP, POSM

1. Create and manage contents on digital channel to ensure social media presences and implementation of Aeon Eshop Marketing activities:
– Management of social networking channels: Facebook, zalo, YouTube, Instagram…
– Develop and link other social networking channels.
– Improve the content and monitor the development of the Fan page.

2. Develop promotion media online content for Eshop’s website, monitor and analyze content success
