I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment activity
– Develop and execute Recruiting process and plans.
– Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within targeted time.

– Coordinate and Implement University/College/Vocational School for Recruiting Initiatives.
2. HR management & Reports
– Supervise and follow up subordinate’s tasks daily to ensure HR store’s work run smoothly
– Identify potential staffs for succession planning purposes.
– Check information and provide report when necessary.
– Be in charge of headcount and turnover rate report
3. Employee Relation & Performance
– Manage, co-operate, support discipline process
– Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on Performance Management process and follow-up to ensure effective and timely implementation of the process
– Support Employee Engagement survey & co-ordinate with other Department for action plan
4. Rules and Regulations & other duties
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct Deputy HR Manager/ HR Manager

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
– University/ College degree
– Minimum 04 years of related experience in HR, 2-3 years of talent acquisition and direct recruiting experience
– 01 year at supervisor role is a plus
– Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam.
– Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media.
– Good communication in English

I. Mô tả công việc
1. Quản lý hàng hóa
– Giám sát nhân viên để đảm bảo hàng hóa được trưng bày đầy đủ trong điều kiện tốt nhất, chất lượng cao nhất
– Đặt hàng trực tiếp với Nhà cung cấp và nhận hàng từ bộ phận Giao nhận hàng hóa.
– Kiểm soát hàng tồn kho, đổi trả hàng hư hỏng.
– Lập kế hoạch nhân lực, chuẩn bị và tham gia kiểm kê theo lịch trình, chuẩn bị cho Ngày hội thành viên và các ngày Lễ.
2. Dịch vụ khách hàng
– Cung cấp các dịch vụ tốt nhất cho khách hàng
– Thông tin và giới thiệu cho khách hàng về các sản phẩm mới, chương trình khuyến mãi, chính sách thanh toán, đổi trả hàng, v.v.
– Xử lý các khiếu nại của khách hàng
– Tuân thủ các quy tắc của Công ty về Dịch vụ Khách hàng (chào hỏi, mỉm cười và thái độ với khách hàng).
3. Doanh thu và lợi nhuận
– Cập nhật chỉ tiêu và doanh số bán hàng theo ngày
– Phối hợp với Nhà cung cấp thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi.
– Xác định các mặt hàng có doanh số thấp và chất lượng không tốt.
4. Quản lý nhân sự
– Lập kế hoạch làm việc cho bộ phận hàng tháng
– Đảm bảo đủ nhân lực trong quá trình kinh doanh và trong các tình huống đột xuất.
– Tạo động lực, đào tạo và phát triển nhân viên nhằm khuyến khích họ phát triển nghề nghiệp.
– Kiểm soát công việc nhằm tăng năng suất làm việc của nhân viên.
5. Tuân thủ nội quy công ty và thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của Ban Quản lý

II. Yêu cầu công việc
– Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên;
– Kinh nghiệm quản lý tối thiếu 1 năm ngành bán lẻ

[RDC HƯNG YÊN] OPERATION XD OFFICER (Trưởng nhóm Vận hành Hàng GIAO NGAY))

Working location: Tan Quang IZ, Van Lam, Hung Yen

Primary Objective:

  • Manage all operation of Cross dock section include Receiving, Sorting, Staging according to DC plan and DC role.

Roles and responsibilities:

1.Manage Booking and Receiving from Supplier to DC. Manage Sorting and Staging

– Check, adjust, confirm Booking from Supplier
– Create the inbound volume daily schedule in advantage.
– Monitor the receiving process to make sure receiving data and actual matching together.
– Make sure the receiving capacity of team is utilized by smooth the demand in week or month.
– Make plan in case of the receiving volume over the receiving capacity to meet the business demand.
– Work with MD and suppliers to make all the compliance are followed.

2.Plan and deploy Manpower, Operation, Layout, Working schedule

– Make working schedule for Staffs of team
– Plan Operation, Layout, SOP
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations

3. Detect, solve and take solution for problem. Study to improve operation and capacity

– Manage claim, accident Report of loss, problem…
– Support Staffs frequently about new issues and find out solution to solve it.

4. Manage Cost of Operation

– Control, calculate, summary, report Cost of Operation

5. Manage KPI, MBO of team

– Create and control KPI for section activities
– Create and control MBO of staffs.
– Do any reports & tasks are assigned by Superior

Qualification and Job Requirements:

  • From Bachelor Degree
  • 1+ year experience in Warehouse Operation
  • Good at MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint…), Operation system ( WMS, SAP, Profit…)
  • Honestly, carefully and negotiation skill

[HA DONG] BAKERY GROUP LEADER

A. Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Operations duties
    a. Merchandise management
    – Supervise General Staff to ensure:
    • Merchandise is fully replenished, in good conditions & quality.
    • All the display merchandise is according to schematic plan or instructions from supervisor/Merchandiser and all the price between display merchandise and price card is tally.
    • Price checking on POS/SST and changing price label (if necessary) is completed before store opened.
    – Order stock directly with Supplier and receive stock from MMD.
    – Manage stock inventory and repeat order when inventory drops to a specific level. Return and exchange damaged goods.
    – Support Foodline with monthly Stock Take as directed by supervisor.
    – Attend bi-annual Stock Take as scheduled.
    b. Non-merchandise management
    – Supervise General Staff to ensure:
    • Operational equipment, lighting and fixtures (gondola, wagon, shelves, etc.) are in good conditions
    • Sales floor is kept clean & tidy.
    • Fire safety procedure is carried out properly.
    – Order POP, execute POP exhibition, check POP to ensure correct and adequate information
    – Execute floor opening and closing
    – Check and verify variances in stock & sales figures after Stock Take and make report to Line Manager
    c. Customer service
    – Provide good customer services to encourage “plus selling”. Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.
    – Get information and introduce to customers about new arrivals, promotions, policies regarding to payment, returns/exchanges, etc.
    – Handle complaints from customers or complaints raised by General Staff and promoters, difficult and complicated sales.
    – Follow Company’s Rules on Customer Service (greeting, smiling, bowing and attitude towards customers).”
    2. Sales and Profits

    – Identify low sales items and not good quality. Estimate consumer demands and advise merchandising dept.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Major Duties
  • Be responsible for “the target of Sales”, Margin, Later Income, Old Stock, Potential Old Stock, Turn-over day, Stock Day’s, Private Brand Share, Core Customer Share, Stock Correction & Availability.
