[HANOI OFFICE] MERCHANDISING OFFICER (E-COMMERCE)
WORKING LOCATION: 27 Cổ Linh, phường Long Biên, quận Long Biên, thành phố Hà Nội
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the total Sales & GP retail merchandise performance.
– Stock & merchandise transfer controlling.
– Propose sales plan to satisfy the needs of the customers.
– Achieve the Department’s targets.
1. Work and align with Category Manager to plan category development in term of new assortments/ brands growth/ sellers: 30%
2. Develop strong analytics to evaluate daily/weeklymonthly performance and optimizing further marketing, pricing and product selection: 30%
3. Prepare and implement seasonal/weekly promotion plans, campaigns and initiatives to drive sales: 25%
– Involve in flatform campaigns and create individual campaigns for Category and brand partners
– Create ideas to promote products, brands,…
4. Work closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, content, accounting,…) to optimize the project activites: 15%
– Support other members in Sales activities, when necessary, to achieve organizational targets.
– Do weekly Market & Competitor survey,
– Train & Mentor assistant, sales staffs in your department
– Perform other tasks assigned by EC Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience working in AEON& 6 months in current position (if internal candidates)
- 1 year of experience in retail (same category)
- University/ College degree, preferably in Economics/ Business Administration or related subjects
- Good at computer skills, English, analytical ability
- Calculation (cost, profit, basic account)
- Self-discipline, be able to work under pressure
