[HCMC] ASSISTANT TO MERCHANDISING (NONFOOD HBC)
Key responsibilities:
Assist Merchandiser to satisfy the needs of the Customer, achieving sales, stock and profit targets
- Support Merchandiser at all tasks
– Promotion: Update promotion information and push/following with suppliers
– Price/cost adjustment on system: Mailer Promotion/Price-cost change…
– New product listing preparation: Quality certification/Check docs with SM team/Code creation and Ordering
– Stock tracking: Check stock ordering/merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves and report to MD for each Mailer and events
– Data report: Mailer sales/event sales/Monthly sales/…
– Support on POG
– Solve related problem or issues occur during working time.
– Support for some paperwork and the others (Claim business trip and booking ticket, booking room)
– Collaboration with other team to make works run smoothly: OP team and BO team (Accounting/Legal/SM/RDC…)

Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/College degree in Food/Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
- Adaptable and flexible
- Integrity and transparency
- Good communication and teamwork
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Fluency in English languages (both written and oral).
- Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
