[HCMC] STORE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – HARDLINE & SOFTLINE

Key responsibilities:

1. Skill test

• Build, implement and improve skill test of Kid, Softline, Hardline and Bike
• Certify store monitors
• Support the yearly contest of Cashier, Customer Service, Sushi.

2. Training & development

• Train operation skills for all staff.
• Train the retail knowledge
• Train and develop legacy resources for store side: Retail Trainee, Human development passport

3. Do projects

• Support to open new store.
• Support the other project.

Job Requirements:

• University/ College degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or related subjects.
• 3 year-experience in retail market.
• Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.
• Ready to business travel
• Good communication skill (both verbal & written).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Operation knowledge and training skill
• Time-management and teamwork skills.
