[HA NOI OFFICE] MERCHANDISING DEPUTY MANAGER (MaxValu)

Key responsibilities:    

1. Cooperate  with MD GMS & SMPT team to develop strategy for Maxvalu business model and implementation to reach company target
2. To be in charge of new store opening and store renovation base on company agenda
3. To manage figure of own group merchandising and merchandising operation with following division direction
4. To check sales floors of MV stores weekly – monthly for standardise and improvement
5. To develop customer wants based on attractive assortment and pricing
6. To set department budget and manage all div KPI: Sales/ Neire/ GP/ PA/ Closing stock/ TOD ….
7. Cooperate with MD GMS for promotion Planning (weekly/ monthly/ yearly)
8. To develop and make good relationship with supplier base on win- win situation.
9. To attend and do presentation regarding proposal, review and planning as monthly basis
10. To manage the compliance in own group
11. To standardise and localise assortment, schematic plan, display way, information flow due to enhance productivity accelerate expansions
12. To control other basic rule (supplier contact, rebate management, master registration, communication tool and other SOP
13. Check and approve the submission from subordinate regarding ordering, listing, agreement and expenses.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Preferably University degree in Economics, Business Management or relevant majors.
• Preferably 2-3 -year experience in retail with the same category and 1 years at leaders/ manger position – prefer experiences in Super Market and Opening New Store.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

• Fluency in English languages (both written and oral).
• Customer-focused mindset
• Leadership mindset
• Passion for merchandising career.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-discipline with ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong analytical ability and good in data/ figures.
• Abilities to use computer, office programs and databases.
