[HANOI OFFICE] DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (Social Media, Website, App,…) for brand awareness and performance campaigns.
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
• Manage and maintain the company’s owned channels including Fanpage, Website.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).

Main PIC for particular campaigns from AEON North Stores:

• Manage and follow up the Execution Plan under Master Communication Strategy.
• Propose creative ideas in trends to gain positive digital metrics.
• Be proactive in producing materials (contents, videos).
• Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of social channels for each campaign.

Other tasks are assigned by managers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Internal candidates: at least 1 year of experience in Aeon & 6 months in current position
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or internal relations
• Experience as a Content Marketing Executive or similar role (at least 1 year)
• Knowledge of content and digital marketing
• Have solid background in Fanpage and Website Management.
• Experience with B2C social media
• Detail – oriented & be able to handle multitasks
• Good time management & organization skills
