[HCM] PRODUCT OWNER/ GROUP POINT MANAGER
Job Description:
<Application (App)>
– Develop new features/functions, support and maintain Aeon Vietnam mobile applications for integrating other Aeon group App
– Organising Aeon group App comittee
– Leading Aeon group companies member for setting New App features
– Arranging each companies Economic Conditions
– Communicating with Legal department
– Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features or resolve production issues.
– Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the development team
– Ensure UI design and implementation are consistent across applications
– Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
– Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
– Lead the mobile development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
– Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
– Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
– Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
– Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.-Develop, support and maintain mobile applications for Android devices on Android operating systems and Apple devices on iOS operating systems.
– Ability to create applications that are compatible with multiple Android and iOS versions and devices.
※This App would be including Aeon point and E-money and Aeon group App integration.

– Integrate each Point system and scheme of Aeon group into A-point system and scheme
– Organising Aeon group A-point committee
– Manage A-point member(new customer) recruitment
– Manage A-point members (existing customers) Activation and promort spending amount/frequency
– Manage building Loyalty Program for A-point
– Communicating with Legal department
<Analysis/ Data management>
– Manage, train and encourage Analysis team and staffs.
– Give direction for Analysis
– Communicate relating department to get request what they want to analyse.
– Provide Analysis data to relating parties with countermeasures
– Setting KPI for each plan A-point team offered
– Follow up inpliumenytation of offering Plan and countermeasures
– Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
– Perform data analysis that provides a platform for decision making on a variety of business issues.
– Apply his/her expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and guide applicable next steps.
– Understand clients’ needs and priorities to create detailed models.
– Conduct or run statistical analyses to extract actionable insights that influence, support, and assist in product decisions and launches.
Qualification and Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent related field
- With 3- 5 years of working experience as mobile application developer and CRM including data Analysis
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in leading Marketing Team strongly preferred.
- Applicants should be good in English, specifically in verbal and writing and reading skills.
