[HCMC] ASSISTANT TO MD – GLAM BEAUTIQUE

Key responsibilities:

Assist Merchandiser to satisfy the needs of the Customer, achieving sales, stock and profit targets.

1. Support MD to do all assigned tasks related to Merchandising activities

• Create SKU & PO as per MD’s regulation
• Make / Adjust Cost & Price in PROFIT system.
• Monitor Suppliers’ Sales & Stock movement,
• Contact suppliers for Price check, Promotion scheme check & request
• Check merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves to follow MD’s Planogram
• Check actual stock condition in backroom, adjust the display if necessary
• Update the MD sales report and send to Merchandisers
• Update Price & Artwork for Monthly Mailer based on Manu to ensure 100% accuracy achievement
• Work with internal departments like Accounting, Legal, IT, RDC… for related documentation in need
• Support MDs in other relevant tasks

2. Rules and Regulations: Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor/College degree in Food/Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
• Adaptable and flexible
• Integrity and transparency
• Good communication and teamwork
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Fluency in English languages (both written and oral).
• Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
