JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS

University degree major QA/Food
Minimum 04 year working in the relevant food area.
Have good knowledge of HACCP principle, Quality Management System, traceability mock-up and testing program (ISO 22000/HACCP/FSSC2200/BRC Food/IFS Food)
Have a knowledge of Vietnam regulation on labelling, food safety and hygiene, announcement document for circulation of Vietnamese market, certificate of condition eligible facility for food safety.
English communication
Good audit skill (both on-site and off-site) as well as communication skill.
Computer literacy: Word, Excel, power point
