[HCM] ASSISTANT TO MERCHANDISING – TRỢ LÝ THU MUA (8-MONTH CONTRACT)
A. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Key responsibility
– Processing import orders and produce subsequent purchase orders
– Processing purchase orders on all newly purchased product and set up for re-order as needed
– Stocking Keeping Unit (SKU) maintenance
– Adding / deleting SKU’s as needed for reorder system
– Double check with MD that product has aligned with Price strategy. Pricing is competitive vs competitor brands
– Double check with MD that the products have an engaging and consistent design
– Double check with MD that all products meet the quality needs required by Topvalu to ensure customer experience is met
– Double check with MD that all products comply with Vietnamese law
– Frequently Survey market with relevant category as MD & MD Managers requests
– Make both domestic and international travel arrangements including transportation, hotel and dining arrangements
2. Supplier/Partners Management
– Build and maintain excellent relationship and network with suppliers
– Ensure all aspects of supplier performance is properly and affectively assessed and managed, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary
– Coordinate with supplier management department for relevant matters.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Associate degree or Bachelor degree in economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
– Dynamic, quick adapt with new environment
– Good communication, co-ordinating with other people, departments to complete a job
– Sales & Stock Management
– Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
