[HCM] – Rebate Officer (8 month contract) – Kế Toán Chiết Khấu
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Work with Merchandise Dept and CMD to manage the supplier rebate.
– Generate auto rebate by monthly, quarterly, yearly.
– Authorize, update & reallocation auto rebate.
– Check and verify manual rebate by occur transaction. Check all rebate / cost deduction were updated.
– Check all service invoices and receipts were issued and updated.
– Generate payment to suppliers by weekly, mid month, and end-month for concess and outright, short-term credit suppliers.
– Checking and update payment file. Prepare the payment request, submitted for getting approval.
– Storage Document.
– Any reports & tasks are assigned by Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
– Knowledge of processing payment with an accounting background with a Bachelor’s Degree.
– At least 1 year of experience in processing payments.
– Knowledge of Vietnamese Tax and Accounting regulations.
– Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
– Enthusiasm, adaptability, and team spirit are required.
– Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
– Good interpersonal and reporting skills.
– Familiar with using software environments.
