[HQ] Talent Acquisition Intern
Roles and responsibility:
1. Talent Acquisition Support
– Support TA project team in all activities of the recruitment process for new project such as:
+ Reseach information competitor, school, location mass
+ Design & writing recruitment contents
+ Posting jobs on social media (recruitment websites, facebook, ybox,…)
+ Contacting for pre-interview candidates, scheduling for Recruitment Event (Mass recruitment day)
2. Employer Branding Support
– Support set up for Mass Recruitment Day/Job fair for new project:
+ Support to plan or idea for event (create campaigns, minigames, webinars and other)
+ Support to coordinate with related Dept to prepare facilities/procedures for event.
+ Support to operating for event (set up area, guide/support for candidates, photograph,…)
– Support build/maintain social media (livestream on Fb, titok channel, ….)
– Other Talent Acquisition duties as assigned
Qualification and Job Requirements:
- Final-year students or fresh from any field, prefer to work fulltime
- Be able to use Canva, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop
- Have good communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
- Hardworking and eager to learn
- Proactive, careful and detail-oriented
- Can commit at least 3-months internship & can work full-time is a plus
