[HCM] – Merchandise Planning Executive

Main Duties:

1/ Must take responsibility for Sales and GP

– Make sure to set up KPI how you achieve for sales and GP

– To analyze date for making counter measure

2/ Controlling expense budget

– Managing expense budget how we use limited budget for maximizing effectiveness and improving brand awareness.

– Planning how to allocate into each expense item.

3/ Making advertisement and Promotion plan, then work with MKT team and related other Dept.

– Working with MKT to make mailer, leaflet, POP, POSM, Digital content, etc.

– Making plan of regular promotion, voucher promotion, E-voucher, and specific event, workshop, joining exhibitor, etc.

– Trying to make new advertising and promotion

4/ Market Research

– Researching global market, local market and region market, then making a report for MD planning and store making.

– Looking for the particular suppliers who make trend report, MD calendar, styling plan, etc. if necessary.

5/ Making a training program standard for OP to have the knowledge of product features, VMD, customer service, etc.

– Working with related dept to organize the training.

– Organize a training with SV and related members.

6/ Digital Activity planning

– Making contents for digital MY CLOSET and LCD signage with MD

– Build-up membership program plan with SV and MD

Requirements:

– University/college degree

– Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks

– Good problem-solving skills

– Analyst skills on figures, numbers.

– Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet

– Strong organizing and time-management skills
