[AEON MAXVALU] ADMIN OFFICER (MMD tasks) (Nhân viên phụ trách mảng nhận & quản lí hàng hóa)
Key responsibilities:
- Receiving VAT invoices from stores, coordinate with Accounting Hanoi to handle & close mistakes and report to leader
- Support and guide MMD task (goods receiving, checking, arranging, managing) for Stores’ leaders and staffs in current stores; Coordinate with stores to analyze MMD problems & make solutions to improve
- Coordinate to discuss and check with leaders’ action (after getting monthly closing stock analysis)
- Check and coordinate to prepare before stock take with current stores & check current stores’ storage document monthly
- Prepare for opening new stores; Coordinate & support receiving in MMD area of new stores before Opening
Job requirements:
- University/ College degree
- Prefer at least 01-year experience in MMD
- Good at skills: computer, communication, planning, organization, time management, teamwork
- Detailed oriented, self-discipline, be able to work under pressure
- Willing to move to stores to survey & support
Other information:
- Working location: AEON Long Biên (27 Cổ Linh, Long Biên, Hà Nội)
- Working time: 8:30 – 17:30 from Monday – Friday and 1 Saturday per month
