[AEON Maxvalu] Delica Factory – Division Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Management assortment:

• Make the working flow in Delica factory
• Order each material for factory product
• Decide assortment products for each stores

2. Manage order from each store in SMPT:

• Confirm delivery time and quantity. Adjust making time
• Make making plan per each time, working schedule, picking flow for each store in factory

3. Proposal new products:

• Discuss with store manager and MD in HQ
• Calculate cost and profit, Manage GP and Loss
• Adjust the products for each season in HN.

4. Manpower management:

• Make orientation about staff’s job, career.
• Monitor Group Leader and General Staff’ attendance and attire.
• Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.

5. Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

6. Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by SM Project Leader

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 02 years of related experience, working in Bakery, Delica manufacturing or equivalent.
• Had experience to manage team.
• Good communication skill & Good command of spoken English.
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
• Good planning, organizing and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and excellent relationship management.
• Be able to work in shift & public holidays
