Deputy Marketing Manager
Key responsibilities:
1. Main duties
A. Membership
– Build Marketing plan relating to Membership (Member & Kids Club) from yearly to monthly to reach sales target and in Marketing budget
– Manage Customer loyalty program including membership card & mobile app
– Data analyst base on customers data
– Build member promotions, member benefits program & communication
– Mobile app development strategy and e-promotion
B.Co-brand & E-wallet
– Build strong external partners relationship from FMCGs, Tenants, E-wallet and managing procedure
– Build and call sponsorship via co-brand programs
C. Other Marketing tasks
– Visual merchandising management relating to Membership, Co-brand & E-wallet program
– Build and manage display material and decoration in store including POSM, POP, LCD
– Managing design and branding identification relating to Membership, Co-brand & E-wallet program
– Digital Marketing supporting
– Manage digital strategy including content, visual and technique
– Making online plan effectively by retargeting customers data
– Marketing Activation
– Build activation & promotion scheme
– Managing Agency including pitching, proposal and production
– Market survey planning
– Co-ordinating marketing plan and standards procedure with related departments
– Identify new trends in marketing and ensure the brand follows the trend of market
2. Rules and Regulations
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Follow up and support to monitor these services operating.
3. Other duties
– Support company events or team activities.
– Quarterly survey competitors to learn their good practices and suggest improvement for AEON.
– Support to developing new trend/ activity to enrich customers’ shopping/ lifestyle experience.
– Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
– Contribute to develop marketing plans and strategies.
– Evaluate marketing campaigns by collecting feedback and prepare report.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Qualifications & Experience
– University graduated with the major of Marketing, Business or equivalent.
– Minimum 05 year of related experience.
2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
– Good communication skill & Management skill
– Good command of spoken and written English.
– Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
– Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
– Good relationship management
