E-Commerce Marketing Executive (AEON Eshop)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Objective:
- Optimize EC website and system to improve user experience on website
- Optimize performance marketing to improve the traffic to website, improve sales and minimize media expense.
- Deploy promotion, landing page, content & online activities effectively
Key Activities:
- Modify and maintain current EC system
- Optimize UX/UI to EC site & customer shopping experience.
- Support digital marketing activities
Roles and responsibilities:
Optimize to EC site:
- Analyze users’ behavior: Analyze and plan on improving the user interface (UX/UI).
- Propose products, programs according to analysis from the system for Marketing leader and MD team.
- Improve website follow user behavior & shopping flow.
- Statistics report statistics analyzing customer purchase behavior for superiors.
- Optimize landing page.
- Utilize CRM to maximize customer life time value (LTV).
Digital Marketing:
- Manage Digital Marketing staff, Social Content Marketing staff & graphic designer staff.
- Ensure reasonable digital costs and maintain social activities to increase website traffic.
Modify and maintain EC system:
- Stable maintain & optimize of EC systems
- Review & modify delivery gateway to apply with new delivery partners.
- Review & modify payment gateway to improve the payment process on web.
Other duties:
- Other tasks assigned by EC Manager.
- This job description will be reviewed yearly to adapt with business’ demand.
