Postion: ASSISTANT TO MERCHANDISING FOODLINE – TRỢ LÝ THU MUA (6-MONTH CONTRACT)
A. JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibility
Main duties Create & adjust product code, make orders, adjust cost price, selling price on PROFIT system.
Monitor promotion program and support suppliers by email, phone, checking necessary documents.
Check merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves.
Check actual stock condition in warehouse, adjust the display & POG if necessary, collect selling report from Operation and send to Merchandiser.
Collect sales report for Manager on PROFIT system.
Work with supplier about AEON’s social event, promotion program, the matter issue arising
Send PO to supplier if necessary, solve any arising discrepancies.
Rules and Regulations Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University/ College degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
- 02-year experience in retail with the same category.
- Show the passion of the merchandise career.
- Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures. Customer-focused.
- Flexible/ open-minded Fluency in English languages (both written and oral).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
Work location: 27 Cổ Linh, Long Biên, Hà Nội (Aeon Long Biên)
Working time: 8:30 – 17:30 from Monday – Friday and 1 Saturday per month
