[Ha Noi Office] GLAM BEAUTIQUE SUPERVISOR (Giám sát cửa hàng Glam Beautique)

Key responsibilities:

Monitor operation of store chains and MD, support for opening new stores.

Go to stores for checking the situation and support for store operation, ensuring the business store follow concept properly and report to OP Deputy Manager. (CS quality, Human matte, store environment, fix out-equipment, etc.)
Coordinate between all stores for information sharing, inventory management (check Sales, OOS, Ordering, transferring etc.)
Understand all the information and promotion from MD to store operation, follow up the application of all stores and report to Merchandising;
Collaborate with MD – MKT on an equal footing.
Coordinate with supplier for ordering and delivery.

Support MD to complete the assortment plan for new store chain following new concept.
Coordinate with HR and store OP to do the skill training for store staffs.
Make and follow daily, monthly report.
Create and print POP, product information… for all stores.
Arrange with accounting for payment to suppliers.
Order small equipment, stationery and material for store using.
Other tasks assigned by Deputy Manager/ Manager – General Manager

Job Requirements:

College or University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
3-year experience in retails & manage staffs
Good communication skill (both verbal & written).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Time-management and teamwork skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.
