( HCM) Bike Stores Supervisor

Văn Phòng Chính (30 đường Tân Thắng, Phường Sơn Kỳ, Quận Tân Phú, Tp.Hồ Chí Minh.)

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Monitor the operation of all stores:
– Check the situation and support for store operation, ensuring follow concept properly
– Coordinate between all stores for information sharing, inventory transferring
– Understand all the information and promotion from MD to store operation, follow up the application of all stores
– Collaborate with MD on an equal footing;
– Coordinate with supplier for ordering and delivery.

2. Support for opening new stores:
– Support for setup fixture and display for new stores
– Training operation/cashier skill and product knowledge for new staff
– Support for operation during the opening period
– Coordinate with recruitment team to hiring right staffs for new stores.

3. Other duties

Qualification and Job Requirements:

College or University degree, preferably in Technican, Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
3 year experience in retails & manage staffs
Bike Repairs Technican
Customer-oriented mindset.
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
