[HCM] Compensation and Benefits Officer
Main Duties:
1/ Payroll Management (50%)
– Process, fix shiftplan errors and check Time & Attendance data from the SAP system.
– Check Annual leave, Day off in lieu, Overtime data
– Process payroll on time.
2/ PIT & Social insurance (20%)
– Register the PIT code and PIT dependent on employees.
– Check PIT code for all employees.
– Check claims for employees’ social insurance benefits.
– Contact Social Insurance Agency to provide employees SI book and health insurance card.
– Complete the transferring procedure of SI Book for resigned staff.
3/ Labor Contract (10%)
– Make and check labor contracts for new staff
– Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal.
– Ensure labor contracts and annex to labour contracts are given to employees on time.
4/ Employee’s profile management (10%)
– Set up records and personnel files for new employees.
– Maintain employee records in the personnel file
5/ Other tasks (10%)
– Follow and collect unknown working hour reports all store.
– Fix incident tickets for issues in SAP system
– Make reports to C&B DM.
– Other tasks assigned by C&B Deputy Manager and HR Manager
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in C&B field with at least 200 employees.
- Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
- Knowledge of SAP system, payroll module is preferred.
- Strong PC skills including Excel.
- Detail – oriented
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Good analytical and commnucation skills.
- Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
