[HCM] Corporate Communications Officer
Main Duties:
1. Owned Media Communications – to support the direct supervisor(s) and contribute in manage & improve communications performance on the Owned media communications of AEON Vietnam’s Employer Brand: 60%–
- 1.1 Planning and Managing the page performance of the 4 owned media channels as below.
- Corporate Website
- Employer Website
- Fanpage “Grow with AEON”:
- LinkedIn “AEON Vietnam”
- 1.2 Contributing in creating the content for the branding materials:
- Read: Corporate Profile, Employer Brochure, …
- Watch: Corporate Video, Employer TVC, …
- Advertising materials: online & print
- Event materials: POSM, Gift, Presentation, etc.
2. Talent Relation – to support the direct supervisor(s) in planning and implementing the talent engagement activities for enhancing the presence and creating the good impression of the targeted talents (future – current – past) toward the company’s employer brand: 20%
- Internal: the employee engagement initiatives
- External employer branding activities targeting to the potential talents:
- Seminar/ Workshop/ Career Fair/ etc.
- Employer Recoginition
- Market research & talent insight survey
3. Employee Communications – to support the direct supervisor(s) in planning and implementing the internal communications initiatives to the employees: 10%
– Contribute in planning and implementing the Internal Communications initiatives to enhance employees’ engagement and satisfaction under the direct supervisor(s) instruction
– Propose to direct supervisor(s) ideas/initiative to strengthen and increase the efficiency of Internal Communications by developing and managing the Internal Communications touch-points such as: Print Newsletter, E-Newsletter, Digital & Social Media platforms; etc
– Develop and write-up, edit content for Internal Communications materials such as: Regular/ Ad-hoc message from the Executive Leadership under the direct supervisor(s) instruction
4. Employer branding Communications – to support the direct supervisor(s) and contribute in planning and implementing the employer branding communications campaigns for the public: 10%
– Branding Communications: for promoting AEON Vietnam Employee Value Proposition (EVP), thus enhancing AEON Vietnam’s Brand Perception as an Employer of Choice
– Recruitment Communications: to support HR – Talent Acquisition in developing & implementing communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting plan and drive candidate attraction through media-mix.
Requirements:
1. University degrees in 1 of following study field: Multi-media, Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.;
2. Minimum 01 year of experiences in 1 of following field: Marketing, Communications, Employer Brand, etc.;
3. Strong English Skills, (Recommendable but not required, Japanese Skills)
4. Digital literacy: Zoom, Social Media, Canva, …
5. Oral and written communications
6. Customer-oriented
