[HCM] Customer Service & Satisfaction Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Data Analysis & Report:
– Customer Voice: Review Customer Voice (CV) Report from Operations Site, check and make the preparation of reporting, advise/give proposal effectively.
– Consolidate transaction by weekly, support monthly and analyse data - Design POP, signage/standee, file Power Point for CSS projects
– Make POP, advertisement for promotion programs to promote AEON services
– Make file POP for training or report - Marketing Research (Service)
– Catch Trend about shopping in Vietnam and Asia/World
– Survey Competitors (Focus on trend of Self Service Checkout, new technology service)
– Initiate new Ideas / Suggestion in current Non – Cash / Self Service ( SSC/ Kiosk ) - Support and do tasks are delegated by CSS Manager
REQUEST:
- Studying University with major in Social Science, Business Administration, or Marketing (Prefer)
- Participating in a minimum 3-month internship
- Good customer service mind
- Good command in English (verbal/written)
- Have a polite, tactful and friendly attitude
- Can use Canvas basic
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
