[HCM] DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary objective
– Planning and implementing digital ads platform such as Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Google …
– monitoring vendor and agency
– Optimize performance marketing to improve the traffic to website, improve sales and minimize media expense.
Key Activities
– Based on business objectives and customer behavior make a valuable digital plan to increase web/app traffic and push the sale
– Implementing digital ads with performance agency
– Manage content team to deploy website content and ensure that following brand guidelines
– Have experience in CRM, CDP, Automation
– Optimize UX/UI to EC site & customer shopping experience
– Support digital marketing activities
– Other duties
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital ad (40%)
– Make a plan to run digital ads suitable for each campaign, and each customer subject in order to support increasing brand recognition and boosting sales revenue of AeonEshop.
– Manage the implementation and optimization of ads on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Instagram,…
– Manage/ Monitor performance Ads, website experiences with the agency
– Utilize CRM to maximize customer life time value (LTV).
- Website (20%)
– Analyze user behavior: Analyze and plan on improving the user interface, usser experiences (UX/UI).
– Manage content team to deploy website content and ensure that following brand guidelines, SEO requirement, campagin.
– Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
- Report (20%)
– Take responsibility of digital reports such as weekly report, monthly report, yearly report base on website, app, digital ads
– Propose products, programs arcording to analysis from the system
- Other duties (10%)
– Other tasks assigned by EC Manager
– This job description will be reviewed yearly to adapt with business’ demand
– Training digital knowledge to internal team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing degree or related.
- Extensive experience in Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, WebTrends…)
- Ability to multitask.

- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented, Customer-Oriented
- Full understanding of social media, digital ads & martech
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Problem Solving skills
- Strong can-do spirit and open mindset.
- Strong presentation / reporting skills
