[HCM E-COMMERCE] DIGITAL MARKETING PERFORMANCE OFFICER

JOB DESSCRIPTION:

1. Primary Objective:

• Support to research on latest marketing solutions, social media and market trends about products, promotions, e-merchandising and creative productions. 
• Support to develop campaign plans and initiatives to achieve target with internal teams
• Support to manage Agency and Partners

     2.Roles and responsibilities:

1. Manage Digital Agency performance:
   • Coordinate work and information between internal departments and Agency
   • Monitor performance from Agency following aligned target and KPI.
   • Collaborate with Agency to research initiatives and apply to AEONESHOP.
   • Conduct requested analysis and report related to digital performance to find rooms for improvement

      2. Develop Online Activities following E-commerce Strategy and Plan

• • Conduct requested research and analysis to find the appropriate practice for AEONESHOP
  • Develop online activities plan over Periods and Campaigns.
  • Monitor activities performance and conduct report
  • Synthesize key learnings for the upcoming plan.

     3.Cooperate with partners from different sectors (Affiliate, Branding, Payment,..) to deliver plan and improve performance:

1. • Research and find E-commerce partners as requested.
   • Collaborate to understand their offers and suggest application to AEONESHOP.
   • Monitor performance and propose improvements

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Business majors (Marketing, Administration, International, E-commerce,…)
  • 1-2 Years Experience in Marketing or E-commerce.
  • Ability to use standard office software (MS Office) efficiently.
  • Having knowledge of Digital Marketing in general.
  • Having knowledge of E-commerce Promotions and E-merchandising
  • Ability to analyze data.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
