[HCM] FACILITY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (Chuyên Viên Quản Trị Cơ Sở Vật Chất)
Primary Objective:
An Facility Executive is responsible for managing the schedule and quality of construction to facilitate effective operations of BO and Stores.

Roles and responsibilities:
Facility management
- Provide advice and assistance to Management in the development, implementation, auditing and improvement of Safety & Environment advice, especially in Fire fighting to all Businesses..,ect
- Ensure compliance to all relevant Safety Management Systems (Fire fighting and safety requirement).
- Periodically inspect the facility to insure a safe working environment is made available to all employees, clients and efficiently operating.
- Manage, oversee, and resolve day-to-day safety management issues.
- Maintain effective working relationships with key people in all Businesses by ensuring an appropriate level of interaction, including reactive and proactive site visits and regular written/verbal communications
- Plan and monitor appropriate safety management site levels
- Performance, manage, develop and train Fire fighting knowledge. Etc…
- Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures regarding the Fire fighting system
- Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants
Risk management:
- Coordinate the store to collect and report all risk issues regarding the safety happened in accordance with company policy
- Conduct risk assessment , which involves analyzing risk as well as identifying , describing, and estimating the risk affecting to the store
- Responds and resolves difficult and sensitive feedback/concerns/complaints from staff about environment working

- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Facility Management Manager
Qualification and Job Requirements:
- University degree
Preferred skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Good problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
- Good organizing and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skill (both verbal & written).
