[HCM] GLAM BEAUTIQUE – OPERATION SUPERVISOR
I. Roles and responsibilities:
- Monitor the operation of all stores:
– Ensure the store follow concept properly.
– Maintain quality of sales-floor and customer service.
– Coordinate between all stores for information sharing, inventory transferring.
– Follow up the application of all stores and report to MD.
– Collaborate with MD on an equal footing.
– Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and delivery
- Support for opening new stores:
– Support for setup fixture and display for new stores or renovation
– Training operation/cashier/VMD skill and product knowledge for new staff
– Support for operation during the opening, renovation and peak season /period
– Coordinate with recruitment team to hiring right staffs for new stores.
- Other duties:
– Support MD to complete the assortment plan for new store chain following new concept.
– Coordinate with HR and store OP and VMD team to do the skill training for store staffs.
– Create and print POP, product information for all stores.
– Order and manage an expense budget for small equipment, stationery and material for store using.
II. Qualification and Job Requirements:
– College or University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
– 3 years experience in retails & manage staff
– Customer-oriented mindset.
– Time-management and team work skills
– Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
