(HCM) Nonfood Supplier Management Officer ( Nhân viên Quản lý chất lượng Nhà cung cấp phi thực phẩm)

Roles and responsibilities:

  Collect and Check quality documents of NonFood products:

• Study related regulations.
• Develop the required document based on Vietnam regulation.
• Collecting documents according to the required documents and key in SMD’s file.
• Check documents and labelling according to SMD’s work instruction and make a transparent feedback
• Comprehend procedure and apply it
• Make an ad-hoc and regular reports to Managements.
• Report in case of finding any non-conformity and provide operation related solutions to superiors
• Ensure all documents collected  are available for use.
• Other Duties

Qualification and Job Requirements:

• University degree
• Have experience in related areas at least 1 year, preferred experience in retail industry (supermarket/ shopping center).
• Have knowledge and understanding of Vietnam regulations on quality;
• Fluency in English language (both written and oral)
