[HCM] REPORTING EXECUTIVE

Key responsibilities:

To ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for the company, in compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.

 Main duties:

• Close the accounting books for monthly reports and prepare quarterly reports following group instructions.
• Work with internal and external auditors for annual reporting and provide necessary data and explanations.
• Review balance sheet accounts every month, identify any abnormal issues and work with functional teams to resolve them.
• Coordinate with finance department about budgeting, perform report of comparing actual and budget amount which breaking down by each business unit and sales/cost categories, and analyze the variances and trends.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Back office and Store for doing estimation of PL every 3 times per month and review the results for accuracy and consistency.
• Control mapping chart of accounts, SAP structures and rule of allocation in SAP system, and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Review contracts with payment terms and any issues related to accounting and financing, and advise on best practices and solutions.
• Support to enhance internal accounting processes and procedures, and suggest improvements and efficiencies.
• Prepare reports to the statistics authority department as required.
• Perform other tasks as required by leaders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance.
• At least 1 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a multinational company or a large-scale organization.
• Proficient in SAP system and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, VAS), tax laws and regulations, and auditing principles.
• General communication skills in both English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
