[HCM] TALENT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
I. Roles and responsibilities:
1/ Organize & evaluate training programs
– Propose success metrics in advance
– Plan, get and manage training budget.
– Facilitate training sessions by various techniques as leading group discussion or role-playing activities; gamification, tools
– Follow-up after programs for analyzing success story
– Oversee the quality of training sessions run by external vendors and trainers.
2/ Design training package
– Meet and work with other Depts. to identify the needs and execute training events.
– Develop full set of training materials, including Training Slides, Training Outline, Training Guideline, Test
– Transfer training content to e-learning system
3/ Identify & Nurture Talent
– Proactively join corporate projects for enhancing business acumen
– Proficiently using HR system (SAP, Success Factor)
– Deep understanding internal Learning Management System (LMS)
– Build and Manage Community of Practice (CoP)
4/ Research for Training Need Analysis (TNA)
– Determine necessary training demand with other Depts.
– Continuously improve TNA process to meet increasing workload and complex situation.
II. Qualification and Job Requirements:
– University degree
– Minimum 03 years of training experience.
– Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
– Computer & Digital literate: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and AI Tools
– Solid interpersonal skill
– Organization skill, adaptability
– Positive thinking and humble
