[HCMC] LEGAL ADMIN OFFICER (6-MONTH)
Key responsibilities:
As Legal Admin Officer, main duties shall be assigned by supervisor including Legal Deputy Manager base on Legal Dept.’s workload and project. A Legal Admin Officer is responsible for all admin tasks and other tasks within the Legal Department with basic legal knowledge and ensuring compliance with the law regulation and Company internal regulation.
- Seal keeping:
- Keep the Company’s seals in an appropriate place.
- Check all documents which need to be sealed to ensure full compliance with the Company’s authorization system, internal regulations and the law regulation (if any);
- Give guidence and advice to requestors regarding the seal management, document approval procedure and relevant tasks.
- Authorization System:
- Manage the Authorization Letters in a systematic way.
- Give guidence and advice to requester regarding the Authorization System of the Company
- Prepare & draft Authorization Letters to ensure compliance with the SOP of Authorization system.
- Contract and external document review
- Review contracts/legal documents based on the regulation of law and the Company’s internal policies to limit risk and protect the Company’s benefit and balance business demand and legal risks.
- Give advice/consultancy relating to contracts and external documents.
- Monitor, update contract form on the e-Doc system.
- Other administration works:
- Support for MC and BMC Coordinator’s tasks
- Perform other Admin tasks, such as: ordering office stationery for Legal Department; collecting and send Target plan of Legal Affairs every month; support Legal members to handle issues arising from actual plan, etc.
- Others: As assigned by Legal Deputy Manager and/or Legal Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- University degree
- Fresh graduation
- Practical experience in administration shall be preferred
- Not require professional legal knowledge
- Communication skill (both verbal & nonverbal)
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet
- Organizing and time management skills
