[HCMC] PRODUCT CONTENT OFFICER – E-COMMERCE
Key responsibilities:
A Product Content Officer is responsible for building up English site contents, product & function description on web (AeonEshop.com)
- Product content management
- Check product register certificates & advertising licenses
- Upload product’s information on web when documents are approved
- Manage support content team to upload on time as required
- Update promotion information daily, weekly or monthly
- Translate product information from Vietnamese to English
- Put relevant products on the right category menu
- Provide product service via tele-sales
- Customer service before & after sales supporting
- Optimize product name keywords for searching from Google
- Shorten product web link
- Verify all tasks as above and have responsibility to report to Manager
- Sales supporting
- Product service providing via telesales
- Customer service before & after sales supporting Delivery order issuing
- Perform tracking/checking & update order status from customer information/from sales update
- Product stock checking via system, and order transferring at the available stock
- Order transferring to deliverers
- Sales event outside (activation) supporting
- Rules and Regulations
- Follow guidance and instruction from Ecommerce department & management
- Follow company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Follow all task deadline.
- Other duties
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by E-commerce Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good at English, IELTS score at least 6.5
- Fast computer typing speed of data input
- Know how to use computer (Word, Excel) & Product V-look up
